No Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged for another item, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Returned with all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Starting an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us at bigdamon212@gmail.com before sending your item back. If your exchange is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions explaining where and how to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and approve the returned item, you may place a separate order for the replacement item you want. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at bigdamon212@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds. All sales are final. Approved returns are eligible only for an exchange in accordance with this policy.
