Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. 

3. Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

4. Delays 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages 

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible, but Damon’s Fashions is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
